To keep our work site clean and tidy, we use the 6S Site Management which rises in Japanese enterprises. 6S management is a management model, which is an upgrade of  5S. 6S means finishing (SEIRI), rectifying (SEITON), cleaning (SEISO), cleaning (SEIKETSU), literacy (SHITSUKE), and security (SECURITY).

We need to clean up our work site and organize the tools and paper work after we get off work everyday. By this management, our work efficiency has been greatly improved, and on-site safety and hygiene has also been improved.
