Firstly ,casting defect is easy to occur because of it’s self Structure.Our Engineer who have lots of experience in casting,in order to prevent this problem have to do much work,they submit a developed programme.This method have solved the casting defect issue and improve the ratio of qualified products.At this time we also reduce the our machining cost of the product. Secondly,the demand of dimensional tolerance of drawing is hard.The wall thickness of the product is thin,as a result the wall is easier getting out of shape and the dimension is also easier out of tolerance.We prevent it through making processing equipment and adjusting the clamping method.
